Overview

The Growatt MIN 6000TL-X is a compact single-phase grid-tied inverter for residential solar installations.

It delivers 6,000W of nominal AC output at up to 98.4% maximum efficiency, with two independent MPPT trackers allowing panels on different roof orientations to operate independently for better yield.

The unit uses a transformerless topology with Type II surge protection on the DC side, a touch-key OLED display, and supports export limitation for systems where feeding back to the grid is restricted. Optional WiFi, 4G, or LAN dongles enable remote monitoring through Growatt's ShinePhone platform.
