The Growatt MOD 15KTL3-X is a three-phase grid-tied inverter for commercial rooftop and larger residential solar systems.
It delivers 15,000W of nominal AC output and supports up to 22,500W of recommended solar-panel capacity — a DC-to-AC ratio of up to 1.5, allowing generous array oversizing. Its two independent MPPT trackers operate across a wide 140V–1000V range.
The MOD series is battery ready: the interface allows the system to be extended into storage later without replacing the inverter or adding retrofit hardware. It includes Type II surge protection on both AC and DC sides, string monitoring, and an optional AFCI arc-fault function.
